Temporary | Banquet Bartender

Three Leaf Catering, part of the University of Notre Dame’s Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division, is hiring temporary/on-call Banquet Bartenders for campus events.

About the role

As a Banquet Bartender, you will serve beverages in a variety of campus locations and work various types of events, including buffets, served meals, and receptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks for guests in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and stock bar supplies
• Assist with setting up and tearing down events
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
• Assist the catering team as needed

Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain a valid Indiana Bartender’s license
• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
• Positive, respectful, and committed to the schedule you create
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Pay

$17.50 per hour plus gratuity.
