Key Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks for guests in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor/stock bar supplies
- Aid with setting up/tearing down events
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
- Aid the catering team as needed (working events such as buffets, served meals and receptions)
Qualifications (For Bartender position ONLY)
- Must be eligible to obtain a valid Indiana Bartender’s license
- Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
- Positive, respectful, and committed to the schedule you create
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Able to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
- Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products
Additional Information
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr plus gratuity
