Temporary | Banquet Bartender

About the role

Three Leaf Catering, part of the University of Notre Dame’s Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division, is seeking temporary/on-call Banquet Bartenders to serve beverages at various campus events. The role supports hospitality operations across academic initiatives, student life, research activities, and milestone celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and stock bar supplies
• Assist with event setup and teardown
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
• Support catering team during buffets, served meals, and receptions as needed

Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a valid Indiana Bartender’s license
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• Positive, respectful, and committed to scheduled hours
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Capable of standing for extended periods (up to 6 hours at a time)
• Adherence to food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Pay

$17.50/hr + gratuity
