Job Description
The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for temporary/on-call Banquet Bartenders in our campus Hospitality department.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks for guests in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor/stock bar supplies
- Auxiliary in setting up/tearing down events
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
- Auxiliary in catering team (working events such as buffets, served meals and receptions)
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain a valid Indiana Bartender’s license
- Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
- Positive, respectful, and committed to the schedule you create
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
- Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products
Additional Information
- Pay Rate: $17.50/hr plus gratuity
