Workplace Manager
Job Description
Client: The Client – a Global Software & Solutions Provider – retains Cushman & Wakefield to provide Workplace Management (WM) services globally. Key interfaces include the Client’s Workplace Director(s), dedicated C&W Account-based team (Regional Workplace Managers, Workplace Managers, and other team members), Client colleagues, C&W contracted third party service providers, and C&W Platform team members.
Role Purpose
As a key member of a global team, responsible for service delivery and ownership of the appropriate location within the Client’s estate, ensuring services are delivered to agreed contractual service quality, commercial, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Leadership: Visible leader of the Workplace team within North America, owning and being accountable for the working environment of the region, ensuring a consistent high quality workplace experience for colleagues and visitors at all times.
Line management: Ensure full compliance with both C&W processes and expectations and Client requirements as these may change from time to time.
Supply chain: Ensure all third party services are delivered to the commitments of the global contract, recommending changes to third party supplier arrangements where necessary.
Service quality: Establish and maintain relations with key Client colleagues in all locations, managing the 9-point Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system for the location, and engaging with the C&W published Research & Insight material and webinars.
Commercial: Manage cost against budget for the region, identifying potential cost savings opportunities when they arise.
Compliance: Manage commercial risk, health and safety, sustainability, and BCP requirements within the region.

Knowledge: Commercial awareness, FM processes and best practice, health & safety legislation, communications, and colleague engagement.
Skills: Communication, presentation, negotiation, people management, relationship management, supply chain management, budget and cost management, project management, fluent English speaker.

The compensation for the position is: $ 80,750.00 - $95,000.00.
