Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workplace strategies that support business objectives, employee experience, and hybrid work arrangements.
- Lead space planning, design, and allocation to maximize efficiency, flexibility, and employee engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of office locations, including maintenance, workplace services, safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and vendors; oversee budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Champion programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and engagement in both physical and remote environments.
- Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of workplace technology, policies, and processes.
- Lead sustainability, health, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives across all workplace locations.
- Lead communications and change management efforts for workplace projects, office moves, and new ways of working.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage real estate portfolios and deliver high-quality workplace experiences across multiple locations.
- Experience in facilities operations, space planning, and workplace program management.
- Strong communicator with executive presence, with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze occupancy, utilization, and cost data to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of workplace technology, building systems, and sustainability best practices is preferred.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed environment.

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Pay
The typical base salary for this role is between USD $161,000 - 214,650 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
