Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in their recovery journey with encouragement and daily assistance
• Monitor and document resident well-being
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies or crises
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal prep, housekeeping, and laundry
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Facilitate life skills and educational activities
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Training in Fire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration is advantageous but can be completed post-hire

Schedule

This role involves local travel up to 50%.

Pay

$17.75/hour.
