Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Seeking compassionate professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders. This role involves providing daily support, encouragement, and structure in a safe environment, helping residents achieve recovery and treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents' recovery journeys and monitoring their well-being
• Documenting observations while maintaining confidentiality
• Administering or monitoring medications as per policies
• Assisting with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasks
• Responding to emergencies or crises appropriately
• Transporting residents to appointments and community activities
• Collecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests
• Facilitating educational and life skills activities
• Attending staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Coursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration is preferred but can be completed after hire

Additional duties may include local travel within the community.

Pay

$17.75/hour
