Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Seeking compassionate Support Professionals to assist residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women with substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in their recovery and achieving treatment goals
• Monitor well-being and document observations
• Administer or oversee medication use
• Assist with daily tasks like meals, housekeeping, and laundry
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
• Respond to emergencies and crises
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Collect specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests
• Facilitate educational and life skills activities
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Preferably experience in human services or behavioral health
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain boundaries
• A valid driver’s license
• Training in safety, first aid, and medication administration is preferred but can be obtained after hire

Local travel within the community may be required.

Pay

$17.75/hour
