Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional providing compassionate care in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery by offering daily encouragement
• Monitor residents' well-being and document observations
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist residents with daily tasks and personal care
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding residents' information
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies
• Support residents in achieving their treatment goals
• Transport residents to appointments or activities as needed
• Collect specimens for testing as required
• Facilitate therapeutic and recreational activities
• Attend required trainings and professional development sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Coursework in related fields advantageous
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license required
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed post-hire)

Schedule

2nd shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.) with every other weekend. Local travel may be required (up to 50%).

Pay

$17.75/hour
