Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Seeking compassionate Support Professionals for a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. In this role, you'll provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to help residents build healthy, sober lives in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery and monitor their well-being
• Document observations and maintain confidentiality
• Administer or monitor medications per policies
• Assist with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasks
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Support residents' treatment goals and transport them to appointments
• Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests
• Facilitate educational and life skills activities
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Coursework toward related degrees is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• Training in Fire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration is preferred but can be completed post-hire
• Travel within the community may be required

$17.75/hour

2nd shift hours, including every other weekend
