About the role
We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
- Support residents’ recovery and monitor their well-being
- Administer medications and assist with daily tasks
- Maintain confidential documentation
- Respond to emergencies and help residents achieve treatment goals
- Facilitate educational or life skills activities
- Transport residents, collect urine specimens, and participate in staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Coursework in related fields is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed post-hire)
Schedule
Local community travel may be necessary.
Pay
$17.75/hour
