About the role
Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) for a trauma-informed recovery program supporting adult women and mothers with infants recovering from substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure
- Monitor resident well-being
- Administer medications
- Assist with daily tasks like meals and housekeeping
- Document observations
- Respond to emergencies
- Support treatment goals
- Transport residents
- Collect specimens
- Facilitate educational activities
- Attend staff trainings
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Coursework in related fields advantageous
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- DHS 83 training preferred but available after hire

Local travel may be required; compensation is $17.75/hour.
