Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders. This role involves providing daily support, encouragement, and structure to help residents build healthy, sober lives in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents' recovery journey and achieving treatment goals
• Monitoring and documenting resident well-being
• Administering or monitoring medications per policies
• Assisting with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasks
• Responding to emergencies and crises appropriately
• Transporting residents to appointments and activities
• Collecting urine specimens and administering breathalyzer tests
• Facilitating educational and life skills activities
• Maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation
• Attending staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Coursework toward a related degree is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire

Schedule

Travel within the community may be required.

Pay

$17.75/hour for 2nd shift work, including every other weekend.
