Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) Providing compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities Support residents' recovery through daily encouragement and structureMonitor and document residents' well-being and progressAdminister or oversee medication managementAssist with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasksMaintain confidential documentation and respond to emergenciesHelp residents achieve treatment goals and facilitate life skills activitiesTransport residents to appointments and community eventsCollect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer testsParticipate in staff meetings and trainingsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is advantageousStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver's license with acceptable recordTraining in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred but can be completed post-hire Additional Info: Local travel within the community may be required (up to 50%).
