Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities include supporting residents’ recovery, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, facilitating life skills activities, transporting residents, and documenting observations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; experience in human services or behavioral health is preferred; coursework in social work or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. A valid driver’s license is required; DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire. Additional Details involve local travel (up to 50%) and participation in staff meetings and training. The role offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour and a schedule during the second shift, including every other weekend.
