Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for supporting adult women in recovery from substance use disorders within a trauma-informed residential treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to residents to promote sobriety and recovery goals.
• Monitor and document resident well-being, administer or oversee medication management, and respond to emergencies or crises appropriately.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Facilitate educational and life skills activities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as required, and support residents in achieving treatment milestones.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, perform other duties as assigned, and support residents' overall well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred.
• Coursework toward a related degree is advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire.

Pay

$17.75/hour for the 2nd shift, including every other weekend.

Schedule

Local community travel up to 50%.
