Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Adult Residential Support Professional Seeking compassionate individuals to support residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities include providing daily encouragement, monitoring well-being, documenting observations, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, responding to emergencies, and supporting residents in achieving treatment goals. Additional duties involve transporting residents, collecting specimens, facilitating activities, and attending staff trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Coursework in social work or related fields is a plus. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries. A valid driver’s license is required, with some local travel expected. Skills include confidentiality, crisis response, and documentation. DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed post-hire. The role offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour for second shift work, including every other weekend.
