Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery, monitor well-being, administer medications, assist with daily tasks, maintain confidentiality, respond to emergencies, facilitate educational activities, transport residents, collect specimens, attend trainings, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred; coursework in social work or related fields a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and ability to work independently are essential. Valid driver's license required; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed post-hire. Additional Info: Local travel may be needed (up to 50%). Compensation is $17.75/hour, with a schedule covering 3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., including every other weekend.
