About the role
Seeking compassionate professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure
- Monitor resident well-being
- Administer medications
- Assist with daily tasks
- Maintain confidentiality
- Respond to emergencies
- Facilitate educational activities
- Transport residents
- Collect specimens
- Attend staff trainings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Valid driver’s license
- DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed after hire)
- Local travel may be necessary
Pay
$17.75/hour
Schedule
Primarily on the 2nd shift, with every other weekend included
