Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Seeking compassionate Support Professionals to assist residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women with substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting residents' recovery and well-being
  • Monitoring and documenting resident progress
  • Administering medications and responding to emergencies
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Transporting residents to appointments and activities
  • Collecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests
  • Facilitating educational and life skills activities
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation
  • Attending staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
  • Coursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is advantageous
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire

Pay

$17.75/hour

Schedule

2nd shift, including every other weekend; local travel up to 50% required.
