About the role
We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to provide daily support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old.
Responsibilities
- Support residents’ recovery
- Monitor residents’ well-being
- Document observations
- Administer medications
- Assist with daily tasks
- Respond to emergencies
- Facilitate life skills activities
- Transport residents as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration
Schedule
This role involves working second shift hours, including every other weekend, and may require local travel within the community.
