Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Seeking compassionate Support Professionals to assist residents in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to three months old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to promote recovery
• Monitor resident well-being and administer medications
• Assist with daily tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and laundry
• Document observations and respond to emergencies
• Support residents’ treatment goals, including transporting residents and collecting specimens
• Facilitate life skills activities and attend meetings
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Coursework in social work or related fields is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed post-hire)

Schedule

Shifts from 3:45 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., including every other weekend.

Pay

$17.75/hour
