Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for assisting adult women recovering from substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential treatment setting.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery journeys through encouragement and daily assistance
• Monitor and document resident well-being and progress
• Administer or supervise medication intake in accordance with policies
• Assist with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasks
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Collect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests when needed
• Facilitate educational and life skills activities
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Training in Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration preferred but can be completed post-hire
