About the role
You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by serving as a compassionate advocate and primary point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your life-changing work will range from warmly welcoming clients and coordinating appointments, to facilitating clear communication between pet parents and the medical team, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and supporting the smooth flow of patient care.

Pay
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $17 – $19 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
