Description Dermatology for Animals is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Omaha, NE. No Weekends!
Responsibilities
- Play an important role in pets’ lives by serving as a compassionate advocate and primary point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets.
- Ranging from warmly welcoming clients and coordinating appointments, to facilitating clear communication between pet parents and the medical team, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and supporting the smooth flow of patient care.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience
- Superior/advanced communication skills
- Possesses a positive work attitude
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organization skills

Pay
The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. An expected starting range of $17 – $19 / hour is offered, with compensation being negotiable based on experience and credentials.
Schedule
Full-time position, working 30 hours or more per week.
