Veterinary Client Service Representative
Description
Midwest Veterinary Dental Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their veterinary dental specialty practice. The primary focus will be on companion animals with some cross-over training with their equine CSR support team.
- Greet clients
- Schedule specialized oral health consultations
- Cook up patient arrivals
- Manage billing for advanced veterinary dental procedures
Experience & Skills Required
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor in a busy clinical setting, and a genuine love for companion animals. Prior experience in a veterinary front-desk role is highly preferred, but a motivated professional with a positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities is also welcome.
