The successful candidate will play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end customer service for our precious patients and clients. The success of your patients’ care matters to you, and your success matters to us.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients
- Handle inquiries and concerns related to pet care and treatment
- Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth patient flow
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and other healthcare providers
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous veterinary customer service experience is required.
- Experience as an ECC/Specialty Veterinary Client Service Representative is preferred.
- Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$18-20/hr, with compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience.
