About the role

This position involves leading Vehicle Operations Training across designated regions and product areas. The trainer collaborates with curriculum developers to create online and written training materials, ensuring practical experience aligns with learning outcomes. The role requires partnering with business leaders to assess training needs, implementing standards, and translating organizational culture into training initiatives. Building strong relationships within the organization and problem-solving are essential components.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive vehicle operation training.
• Partner with subject matter experts and development teams to ensure effective content.
• Evaluate training success and continually improve programs.
• Consult with stakeholders to align training with business goals.
• Implement standards, policies, and organizational culture into training initiatives.
• Build relationships and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Execute and refine training programs, including conducting pilot sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 6+ years, MS with 4+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Over 5 years of progressive management in automotive or professional services.
• Experience managing large enterprise programs and motivating teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
