About the role

Vehicle Operations Trainer responsible for delivering comprehensive training across assigned regions, groups, or product areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with curriculum teams to develop online and written training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design effective course content and practical experiences.
• Ensure high-quality instructor performance and effective training delivery.
• Conduct pilot sessions, gather feedback, and refine training materials accordingly.
• Assess training effectiveness and adapt content based on learner feedback and technical analysis.
• Consult with business leaders to identify training needs and implement development initiatives.
• Establish and maintain training standards, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational culture.
• Communicate training performance and build relationships with key partners.
• Utilize various instructional methodologies, including group instruction, self-study, and digital training.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 6+ years, MS with 4+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in automotive or professional services.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading large enterprise programs and motivating teams.
• Ability to assess opportunities quickly and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
