About the role

The Trainer, Vehicle Maintenance role is responsible for providing training and support to vehicle maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for vehicle maintenance technicians.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to new and existing technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Proven ability to teach and mentor others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Pay

Schedule
