About the role
The Trainer, Vehicle Maintenance role is responsible for providing training and support to vehicle maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for vehicle maintenance technicians.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new and existing technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proven ability to teach and mentor others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
