Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end user experience and design process, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and user-centric digital products.
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis by facilitating client's product visions through experience design workshops (Discovery & Design Workshop), collaborating to define project scope, and refining end-user requirements.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, voice-of-customer sessions, and usability testing to document user needs, validate experience design requirements, and inform design improvements.
- Define UX strategy by architecting intuitive digital experiences through website sitemaps, application screen flows, storyboards, and user flow diagrams based on research data and content strategy.
- Develop detailed user personas and use AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT) for synthesizing user research data, generating interview scripts, and aiding in strategic UX copy drafting.
- Evaluate usability by conducting heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs on existing products to identify design problems and proactively resolve interface issues via validation and testing.
- Design and prototype by conceptualizing, wireframing (low/high fidelity), sketching, prototyping, and mocking up end-to-end user experiences for responsive web and mobile digital products across a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Define visual and interaction design by creating the visual design language, UI style guides, and providing complex interaction design solutions that fulfill user needs and surpass client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Application, Engineering (any), or a related field plus three (3) years of IT experience.
- Three (3) years of IT experience must include experience in HTML and RWD (Responsive Web Design).
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as determined by a professional evaluation service.
- All experience may be acquired concurrently.
- Travel and relocation may be required.
