Campus Recruiting Strategy
Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies to attract and engage high-potential students and recent graduates.
Partnership Development
Identify, build, and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with career services, faculty, and student groups at target universities.
Event Management
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and tech talks.
Candidate Engagement
- SOURCE, SCREEN, AND TRACK CANDIDATES FOR INTERN AND ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS, PROVIDING A POSITIVE AND SEAMLESS CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE.
Internship Program Management
- OVERSEE THE COMPANY'S INTERNSHIP PROGRAM, FROM ONBOARDING AND PROJECT ASSIGNMENT TO MENTOR MATCHING AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.
Employment Brand Promotion
- Create compelling marketing materials and manage university relations-focused social media campaigns to elevate the company's employment brand on campus.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- TRACK RECRUITING METRICS, ANALYZE HIRING RESULTS, AND REPORT ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CAMPUS INITIATIVES TO KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
Internal Collaboration
- PARTNER WITH HIRING MANAGERS, TALENT ACQUISITION TEAMS, AND BUSINESS LEADERS TO ALIGN UNIVERSITY OUTREACH WITH CURRENT AND FUTURE HIRING NEEDS.
Other HR Related Duties
- OTHER HR RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE VP, HUMAN RESOURCES.
