Recruiting Manager

About the role

As a Recruiting Manager at Purple Wave Auction in Manhattan, KS, you will be responsible for managing and growing the recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across all departments.
• Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment decisions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
