Recruiting Manager

About the role

As a Recruiting Manager at Purple Wave Auction in Omaha, NE, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and placing hires. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews
• Coordinating background checks and reference verifications
• Working with the hiring manager to make final hiring decisions
• Developing and maintaining candidate relationships
• Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule
