About the role
As a Recruiting Manager at Purple Wave Auction in Kansas City, MO, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting, preferably in an auction or similar high-volume sales environment
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
