About the role
As a Recruiting Manager at Purple Wave Auction in Wichita, KS, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and placing hires. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews
- Coordinating background checks and reference verifications
- Maintaining candidate databases and tracking applications
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts to identify potential candidates
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruiting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting and/or HR
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and clients
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
