Responsibilities

• Participate in assessing, planning and implementing resident care under the direction of the Unit Manager
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration per policy and timely documentation
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and follow through on individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records, observe infection control practices, and ensure resident safety and comfort
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the health care team to support quality care and continuity

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current Montana license to practice as an RN or LPN (active)
• Ability to learn and retain pertinent information; strong organizational and documentation skills
• Must have a current telephone number for communication
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (days and nights) in a long-term care setting
