Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Overview
A Registered Nurse (LTC) position is available for a travel assignment in Goffstown, New Hampshire. The start date is July 28, 2026, with a multi-week commitment offering guaranteed 40 hours per week on an evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The pay range is $1,784 to $1,828 per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring and comfort measures.
- Assess resident conditions, document assessments, and update care plans in a timely manner.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure infection control practices, and promote resident safety and dignity.
- Monitor for changes in patient status, respond to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
Requirements
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice in the assignment location (state requirements apply).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
- Ability to work the evening shift and adapt to a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
