Overview
A Registered Nurse with a Long-Term Care (LTC) specialty is needed for a travel assignment in Brentwood, NH.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document patient status
- Perform timely assessments and contribute to care planning in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols
- Monitor for changes in condition, respond to call lights, and ensure resident safety
- Support activities of daily living
- Document care accurately and participate in handoffs during shift changes
Requirements
- Active RN license in the United States (current, in good standing)
- Ability to work the listed evening shift in a long-term care environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working in a LTC setting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to adapt to a travel assignment and meet onboarding requirements
