About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in SNFs
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment
- Proficient in computer software for documentation

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
