About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
- At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling
Skills
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
