Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,575 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026, in Keyse, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Knowledge of long-term care facility operations and regulations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, benefits, and housing expenses.
