Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Lakeport, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Treat patients with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Experience with manual therapy techniques and modalities
• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and evidence-based practice

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
