About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Long Term Care setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma
- At least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care settings preferred
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
