About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in California
- Experience in SNF or LTC settings preferred
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
