Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,330 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Vacaville, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
