Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,150 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and treatments
• Document patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
