About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 14, 2026, in Shelbyville, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- At least one year of experience in SNF settings preferred
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
