Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,150 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in Alexandria, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Virginia
• At least one year of experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
